Survival and LBBB: That is a difficult question to answer in a short space. Survival with left bundle branch block is not dependent on the block itself but what caused the conduction defect. Therefore, there is no set “survival rate” for this condition.

Depends: On the underling cause. Those with coronary artery diease or myocardial infarction have a much worse prognosis than an incidental lbbb.(left bundle branch block).
