Survival and LBBB: That is a difficult question to answer in a short space. Survival with left bundle branch block is not dependent on the block itself but what caused the conduction defect. Therefore, there is no set “survival rate” for this condition.

Maybe: A new onset Left Bundle branch block with a previous normal one can be serious.However if long standing usual not worrisome unless having symptoms of Chest pain,shortness of breath,swelling of legs,etc.
