Can be normal: Usually only with a breath do you see your chest rise and fall. If you have a hyper dynamic heart rate from congestive heart failure, during or after exercise, body overheated, hyperthyroidism, elevated body temperature, shortness of breath, or heart seizure with ventricular defibrillation.
