How do you address an upset stomach?

Bland diet, fluids: A bland diet (no added spice, acidic foods, sugary, or salty). Some good foods are in the brat diet - bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (unbuttered). Also, plenty of fluids. This will make sure you stay hydrated and get proper nutrients and calories.

Ginger: I agree with dr. Bansal's recommendation for a brat diet. To reduce nausea consider use of a traditional chinese medicine tonic: ginger. You can simply drink slightly flattened ginger ale or make ginger tea. Pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger. Allow to steep in a covered pot for at least 5 minutes. Sip.
