Try OTC Ranitadine: It's simply zantac (ranitidine). If this doesn't help, go see your doc. You may need prilosec. You also may need a workup and a GI referral.

Ginger: Ginger can be added to food, ingested in crystallized form or you can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or fresh ginger tea to quell nausea. Because you have ibs, recommend discuss use of this herbal remedy with your physician. Take care.
