Symptom kidneyCA: The majority of kidney cancers are silent...With no symptoms, and maybe found on a cat scan for something else. Kidney cancer can cause blood in the urine and flank or side pain but these cases are often more advanced. Sometimes patients will even present with the symptoms of cancer having spread to bones or other distant sites.
