Yes: Depends on site used- either wrist (radial) or groin (femoral). Typically you should not lift over 10 lbs for 1 week after a groin access angiogram, and no straining the wrist for radial access for several days. So, any flying restrictions depend really on your physical straining, climbing stairs, carrying luggage, etc, rather than the angiogram procedure itself.
