Many: Complications of diabetes can include blindness, heart attacks, strokes, decreased feeling in your feet, burning pain in your feet, difficulty healing after minor cuts, slowing of your bowels, and kidney failure.

Many comlications: Diabetic patient are at greater risk for complications such as cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure, poor circulation), nerve damage (neuropathy- resulting in poor sensation), kidney damage (nephropathy - poor kidney function), and eye damage (retinopathy- resulting in poor vision). There are different symptoms for each complication. Have your self evaluated to get the appropriate tests.
