Multiple: Abdominal pain, cramps, diarrhea, blood in stool, weight loss, fever. Other symptoms depend on complications such as formation of fistulae, intestinal obstruction, nutritional deficiencies and chronic inflammation.

Varies: But most commonly it is abdominal pain with diarrhea that may or may not be bloody. Weight loss is common. Patients may have anemia or iron deficiency. Extra intestinal sx include joint and eye pain.
