should i feel guilty about going back to work and leaving my baby at the daycare?

We all do...: We all feel guilty when we leave our babies and must return to work, but you should not! we work in order to provide for our kids and give them diverse opportunities. Keep these things in mind. You are not a "bad" mom because you work and your baby is in day care. Make the most of your time at home with him and if you find working full time unbearable, see if your company offers flex scheduling.
