See below: Consistent response to biting. Every time you child bites, he/she needs to be told no don't bite. You can even place in time out for a minute. No one should be biting you child. It can take up to 2 to 3 weeks of consistent intervention to change the behavior.

Say"No biting" in a low, firm voice, different from your conversational voice & immediately turn your baby away from you, as long as your baby gets plenty of socially positive "time-in", briefly denying it may help. We used to flick a few drops of water on baby's face as soon as (s)he bit someone. It worked, but it now seems too harsh.
