Probably many: Anyone can be allergic to any medication. I have seen several people claim to be allergic to xanax (alprazolam). Medications can be targets of the immune system so any medication can cause an allergic reaction.

Xanax (alprazolam): I have one case of xanax (alprazolam) reaction on generic xanax (alprazolam) with mild rash which went away upon stopping the med.
