Listen to your feet: High heels shift the forces to front part of the foot and with prolonged use can lead to foot problems in some. But many still use them intermittently or even regularly and seem to cope well.

Depends: Depends on the height of the heel and how often you wear them and how the shoes are designed. If too high a heel then there is more stress on the ball of the foot. If it is too pointy then you will get corns calluses hammertoes and bunions.
