Yes: Premature infants get vaccination as per their chronological age. Premature infants needs a higher calorie formula. Pediatrician follows their growth curve and may recommend high calorie diet based on their growth. Some premature infants amy have anemia and may need iron supplement.

Yes: Premies should get their vaccines at the same time (or as close to it) as full term babies. Because premies are more likely to have other health issues, it is even more important that they build immunity to serious, preventable diseases as soon as possible.

Yes: You should follow the same vaccine schedule as for any other baby. Remember to get an annual flu vaccine starting at 6 months of age.

You'll be taught all about feedings before discharge, and your baby's nutrition will be frequently reassesed by your pediatrician after you come home. Vaccinations: typically, same as full-term; some premies do need additional vaccines, (eg. Synagis).
