What effects can I expect from velcade (bortezomib) chemotherapy?

Several: Low blood pressure, peripheral neuropathy (numbness and/or tinging) of the fingers and/or toes, nausea, diarrhea and low blood counts are the most common side-effects of bortezomib. There are many less common side-effects.
