Fever 100 F: You can give tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever as directed for weight on the packaging, but the fever isn't high enough at 100 degrees F to do damage and may help kill viral pathogens. You can also dress the baby in cotton lightweight clothing or give a lukewarm sponge bath. If the symptoms continue, please take your baby to see the pediatrician or family physician.
