Do you have sx's?: Are you experiencing swelling, redness, pain, decreased range of motion or other impairment? If you are having adverse symptoms than would recommend medical evaluation. If your big toe bent inward but you remain asymptomatic - then I wouldn't necessarily worry about it. Take care.
