See a doctor soon: You have too many symptoms together warranting medical attention from your history & chart to guess what's even going on. Tunnel vision of any kind can involved reduced blood flow in your brain, or bending over are not normal variants of good cerebral blood flow. See an eye doctor at the very least and explain the problem & get it resolved. That's the first step!
