Hi, could a thin, watery, bright red period be a sign of the return of fibroids? i had a dnc done about 8 yrs ago and they removed quite a few.

Clarification: A D and C is not a treatment for fibroids. Clarify with your surgeon what procedure you had done. Fibroids are best diagnosed by pelvic ultrasound. Schedule a visit with an Obgyn. An exam and possibly a sonogram can be done to determine if fibroids are present.
