Nothing: The placenta "a bit low" can be completely normal. The placenta tends to " migrate" toward the top of the uterus as pregnancy progresses. If you had a partial or complete placenta previa ( covering part or all of the cervical opening) then you would worry about starting bleeding by having sex. Hope this helps.
