i've had bad nasal congestion and laryngitis. now i am having pain under my right eye. could this be caused by the sinus congestion?

See doctor: You need to see a doctor to get examined. Since your description is not detailed enough, it is hard to even guess what the cause may be since it may just be from a cold but a sinus infection should be considered as well.
