Depends: If this has been going on for a long time, it is unlikely things will get better until you find out what the problem is !! You most likely will need to do some tilt table testing to see if you have a condition called POTS, which is treatable. If you get dizzy like this, you need to see a neurologist and get tested - I will refer you to our in house master Dr Saghafi - please look him up in HT

Sit at bedside first: you note dizziness when getting up. You may have low blood pressure and need to sit up from bed first wait a few moments then stand. Women have lower blood pressure at a young age. Also avoid any electric blankets at night.
