Outbreak where?: You mention an outbreak in spots but not where the spots are? If you are referring to the sudden appearance of genital lesions then this is a very important issue to address. That is concerning for genital herpes and should be evaluated by your Obgyn. Irregular menstrual spotting can wait. Track the cycles over the next 6-9 months and see a doctor with your menstrual calendar for evaluation
