Obgyn follow up: Many patients with PCOS do not ovulate at all or at least not regularly. If one is not ovulating then irregular bleeding can occur. Depending on the goals of the PCOS patient there are different things that can be done to help with cycle regulation. Consider seeing an Obgyn for help.
