Get seen: You may have a buried stitch causing your symptoms. Put heat on it (warm towel for 30 minutes) and repeat this every 2-4 hours and call the doctor that removed the stitches. If you have fever, red streaks, or rapidly increasing size and painfulness go to ER.

Could be hematoma: The wound may not have healed completely and separated under the skin. You also may have had some bleeding under the skin, a hematoma. If the pain does not resolve, see your doctor. It may need further repair or drainage.
