Hormonal changes: As your hormones change with your cycles, your mood and your symptoms will change. If you are sexually active make sure to practice safe sex and have plan with your physician or your GYN for birth control. Your irregular period would indicate that your hormones are not balanced. Your doctor can help you with that.
