If there are pill to help with controlling eating and felling full?

Pills: Not the best idea. There are several items on the web that discuss the benefits of many foods. My personal preference is "NuVal" which lists 100 food items, some very good, some not so good, and some no good at all for you. You should also try and get in some exercise.

Apetite: Overeating causes abdominal fullness. Also chronic constipation. Generally initial approach will be reducing total calories, exercise, increased fiber in diet and drinking plenty of liquid. If symptoms persist seeing a Bariatrician will be helpful

Yes there are but..: most of these pills are prescribed by doctors. You should see a physician if you are overweight or obese to rule out metabolic disorders and if eligible, they can prescribe a medication like lorcaserin (Belviq) or orlistat(Alli). If you are normal weight but just trying to maintain a healthy weight, make sure you eat alot of fiber in your diet. This will help you feel full and eat less. Good luck
