Most likely fungus: Sounds like a fungal infection to me. Try applying a good athlete's foot cream. If you've got a sexual partner, she may have a yeast infection, which could be the source. She should get treated, too. By the way, I'm from Stockton. Graduated from Lincoln High in 1960.
