Genital sensitivity: Below the clitoris is the urethra which can be sensitive if one has a urinary tract infection, a yeast or bacterial vaginal infection and some STD's which include chlamydia, and gonorrhea. In addition, one can have a contact dermatitis to feminine hygiene products, sprays, wipes etc. Seek your healthcare provider for the correct diagnosis. The good thing is all of the above can be treated.
