Muscle spasm: 40's female w. headache & fatigue might have non-restorative sleep due to chronic pain. Muscle tension (superior trapezium muscle spasms) might be headache etiology. Reclined position can stress these muscles; reason for neck ache noted by many upon arising. Anemia, hypothyroid, fibromyalgia & many other ailments can express with headaches & fatigue, so that a general medical evaluation warranted.
