See your primary: doctor or a gynecologist. They will be able to examine you and see if there is a structural problem. The harder you try and get more worried, the more your vaginal muscles tighten and makes it even harder. Try not to worry; most of the time not being able to insert a tampon does not mean you won't be able to have sex or children.
