I'm on accutane and i have done the worst thing. i've tried to pop an under-the-skin cyst, but failed. now a huge bit of skin has come off. what shall i do?

You'll be okay: Keep it clean. Please phone your prescriber at your earliest convenience and he/she will decide whether you need to be seen. If you're not seen, but in a few days it is not healing, call again. I'll be you will recover from this. Isotretinoin is not for the faint-hearted and you should be commended on staying the course.
