Tight/heavy chest. i'm worried i got poisoned by a pesticide man, (he sprayed near me) but my mom says its my ocd. panic attack or pyerthin poisoning?

Poisoning not likely: It is unlikely for an adult to suffer pesticide poisoning just because the pesticide man sprayed nearby. Make sure there is good ventilation. If other adults in the same location are feeling fine, it's not likely that there is enough poison in the air to poison the people. In these circumstances, an OCD patient can look at what the other people are doing, to help verify to herself what is real.
