I have pain in right abdomen . comes and goes. constipation or more serious?if its appendix would i be in serious pain?

Hard to tell,...: ... from this brief description. Usually appendicitis pain is very severe and is not intermittent. In fact, it worsens until it is taken care of. If your pain becomes more constant or more severe, or if you develop fever or chills, you should be seen in an emergency room. Otherwise, try eating more fiber and drinking more fluids for a while, to see if this helps. Good luck.
