A liver met of 5.2 in a colon cancer pt, does 5.2 suv uptake mean the cancer is aggressive ? does a higher suv mean more aggressive cancer. ?

Yes/May be, not sure: This is an average SUV for a Cancer. So I do not think it means anything more. A SUV over 10, in my view may aply an aggressive tumor but such correlations are not proven as a fact in each cancer type.
