A member asked:

I am 3/4" shorter than when i was in my 20's. now 38. should i get some testing, if so please specify in detail.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes for osteoporosis: 38 is little too young to loose calcium from your bones that will cause vertebra to shrink and causing loss of your height See your doctor to check bone density etc and prevent further loss
