Not sure: By endo pain, I am not sure what you mean--? endometriosis I presume. Not sure what you mean no sign of infection---has someone looked at your urine and done a culture?? If not, then that needs to be done in order to rule out UTI. Your symptoms sound like UTI but endometriosis can cause some of these same symptoms. Make appointment with your health care provider soon to figure this out.
