Be careful: Neosporin is probably okay for this, but I would add soaking in warm water with epsom salts and increasing your fluid and fiber intake. I don't have to tell you to practice safe sex and use adequate lubrication in the future, but I will anyway. Please take care of yourself. Those tears increase your risk of sexually transmitted disease.
