I'm experiencing pressure above my ear region on both sides of my head...like atension headache but this is the first time the pressure is persistent.

Not unusual: This appears to be a tension headache although no hx is given. No meds were mentioned and no note of doctor involvement. Need to make sure your blood pressure is normal. If this is ok, seek your doctor advice in regards to treatment.
