Keep up w/ new rules: True, the rules change! that's because we learn more as doctors as time progresses. New treatments, new screening methods, new everything happens often in medicine. In cervical cancer, we now know that most cases are virus-related, so if you can be proven not to have the dangerous type of virus, and you are in a monogamous relationship, you can be screened less often.
