I have had 3 periods in the month of december. one was short , one was very heavy with a dark color of blood . & i just had one at the end of december with bad cramps . i've never experienced 3 in one month . the first two were about a week apart. what do

Hormones: Clearly, your reproductive hormones are a bit messed up!. Too much estrogen effect + too little progesterone effect can cause periods to be heavy, frequent and irregular. Unfortunately, the symptoms you describe don't shed light on the underlying cause, so I recommend you see your PCP or Gyno if your next cycle is also irregular. Tho I don't suspect pregnancy, a negative HPT would be reassuring.

Hormones: There are several conditions that can cause the symptoms that you described. Although some may be benign, there are others that should be treated. I suggest you see your primary care doctor as soon as these symptoms appear.
