Appears to be trauma: Over masturbation needs clarification. However it is most likely traumatic, the urinary canal( urethra) can be injured during vigorous masterbation, also some people use lubricants which are irritant to the urethra. I would suggest that you should review your method of masturbation. Try to be gentle , avoid excessive trauma to the opening of the urethra. For now give yourself a rest for few days .
