Period: If this is when your period was due, like your normal period, and you are taking your birth control pills correctly then this is almost certainly your period. If you are taking your pills correctly there is no reason to also use withdrawal.

Unlikely: If you are taking the birth control pill as prescribed you are unlikely to be pregnant. The color of the blood does not determine in any way if you are pregnant. You can also check a blood pregnancy test to be certain. Call your doctor for an order.
