Probably not: Plan b can cause irregular bleeding and can make the next period early or late. If you're bleeding like a period, that's usually good evidence that you're not pregnant.

Side effect: I always suggest a pregnacy test if you have had unprotected sex with ejaculation into te vagina; however, this sounds like a side effect from Pan B. Time to consider BC.
