Unknown, but low: The complete answer: it is uncommon to not ovulate after detecting a TRUE LH surge. This was called a luteininzed unruptured follicle (LUF) and we are not certain how often it happens, most estimates are around 10%. Here's the trick though: many women get false LH readings on OPK, so obviously you would NOT expect ovulation to follow these. Good wishes.
