Could be fine, but: I would recommend having your doctor check this area. It could be a normal skin change that completely disappears, but it is safest to have your doctor or dermatologist look at it to make sure. Hope all goes well with your pregnancy!

Benign skin reaction: I think the most we can say is that this is a benign skin reaction of some sort. Allergic hive(s) unlikely without itchiness. Believe the triangular shape was just serendipitous, not indicative of anything specific. Usual breast changes in pregnancy include tenderness, darkening of the areola, & prominent areolar glands. Would only be able to guess at what caused it, but nothing to worry about.
