Sounds like a period: If you were late and now you are bleeding it sounds like this is your period..., even if it is light. An abnormal period from time to time is quite common and usually resolves on its own. If you frequently have abnormal periods consider birth control for cycle regulation. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test.
