How anemic?: That is a normal blood pressure for many individuals. I would tend to focus on the anemia. How severe is it? If your hematocrit is less than 30 or your Hemoglobin 8 or below then I'd get that checked out. Additional blood work would be needed, even perhaps a stool guaiac.
