What should i do about this stomach pain after overdosing on goldfish crackers?

Goldfish crackers: I am not sure how one can overdose on this fod. Before "overdosing" you would have felt very full and stopped eating. Any way so you have stomach pain - i would stop eating make sure you drink water and wait to "poop" it all out. If the pain is really severe you may need to go to the er. Next time eat less and in moderation.
