Been having toothache like pain since last night. not sure if it's my ear or tooth. neck seems swollen behind the ear. nose burns when inhaling.

Tooth infection: Due to the location of the swelling, this could represent a tooth infection most likely in the molar or wisdom tooth area. Other possibility is a Parotid gland infection, however this usually is in front of the ear.
