Side Effects: Depo-Provera does have as one of its potential side effects Glucose Intolerance. The medical data sheet says the cause of this is obscure, but for this reason it should be used with caution in diabetics. It mentions nothing about the general population. I suggest you discuss this with your physician and see what is right for you.
